One Good Day is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that aims to grant end of life wishes to adults with terminal illnesses that may not have normally had the opportunity.

While battling with any type of life-threatening or terminal illness the journey could be challenging with treatments and side effects and we realize that not everyone has the same social or financial resources. Our vision is to grant wishes to recipients because everyone deserves at least one good day (and many more) as they muster through this difficult time in their lives.

One Good Day was inspired by a patient with Acute Myeloid Leukemia whose treatment was no longer working. Her one wish before passing was to go to the beach to put her feet in the sand one last time. Unfortunately, due to severe financial limitations and limited social resources the patient was unable to make it to the beach before her pa
One Good Day was inspired by a patient with Acute Myeloid Leukemia whose treatment was no longer working. Her one wish before passing was to go to the beach to put her feet in the sand one last time. Unfortunately, due to severe financial limitations and limited social resources the patient was unable to make it to the beach before her passing. However, the beach was brought to her. We want to help more people like this patient so that they are able to have One Good Day before their passing despite any financial or social constraints.

We serve terminally ill adults (ages 18+) in the greater Boston area who are referred by a healthcare professional and have demonstrated need for financial or social assistance to make their wish happen.
